General Information
Situated on the most westerly point of Sicily, Marsala is a town of wine, myths and history.
A walk around the town offers features of great artistic interest, including several museums, its famous Spanish palaces, churches and works of art.
Not far away in the Nature Reserve of the Stagnone is the Phoenician island of Mozia, with a museum rich in ancient finds, and the salt-pans, which offer a scene of extraordinary beauty with their windmills.
Marsala is the ideal city in which to spend a holiday of culture, seaside and relaxation or a weekend in contact with nature and its myriad of flavours.
It has been awarded the Blue Flag several times for the clarity of the water and the cleanliness of its beach, which has long expanses of sand and, on the northern shores, rocks and deep water.
The resort with its 48 rooms (of which 4 are junior suites), each with its own patio or balcony, is also home to an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel can be found just ten minutes from Trapani Airport and a fifteen minute boat ride from the Egadi Islands and those who are fascinated by this part of Sicily, where the culture and traditions of its Greco-Phoenician past have been preserved, will undoubtedly be drawn here.
