General Information
Close to the seafront (300mt) and Marina di Patti, Pirrera flats is a newly constructed complex (completed in 2005) consisting of 22 ground-floor apartments. All of these are fully furnished, with air conditioning system, TV, live-in kitchen and all home comforts and big terraces overlooking the Gulf of Patti and the Eolie Islands . At complete disposal to residents are a laundry service, large parking spaces and maintained gardens.
The on site staff will be more than happy to book your tours to the Islands at discounted prices. Most of the sand beaches have free unlimited access but, if you prefer the comfort of a private run beach, please ask one of us to reserve your beach umbrella and deck chairs (for about EUR10 pp) and enjoy your hassle-free holiday!!

Location Description
Well loved by national poet and writer Quasimodo, Mount Tindari is the eldest “inhabitant” of Patti overlooking the Gulf, creating a spectacular and breath-taking view for the contemplative souls. Of particular interest is the constantly changing of shape you can admire on one of the best-known beaches of the area, the Laghi di Marinello (the Marinello Lakes ). The unique phenomenon is due to the rapid and changing direction and strength of the wind, which acts like a musical instrument in the hands of a virtuoso performer. . .
On the mountaintop of Tindari, at 300mt of height, lies the sanctuary with the statue of the Black Madonna. Here, you can also visit the ruins of an old urbs romana (probably destroyed by a climatic disaster) and the remaining Greek amphitheatre dated back to the III century b.C.
